摘 要:3-氨基-3-甲基丁炔是一种重要的化工中间体,可用于农药、杀菌剂、除草剂等多种化工生产领域。近年来,化工技术的不断发展和进步,对该产品的需求量也呈上升趋势。
首先,本论文对当今世界除草剂情况做出了大体的叙述,明确开发新型除草剂戊炔草胺中间体3-氨基-3-甲基丁炔的重要性、必要性及其广阔的市场前景。
其次,在查阅了大量的中外文文献资料的情况下,本论文总结了文献中关于3-氨基-3-甲基丁炔的生产合成报道,设计出其中间体的多种合成路线,并根据各条路线的可行性,结合各步化学反应原理,确定了以3-羟基-3-甲基丁炔为原料,经二步反应合成3-氨基-3-甲基丁炔的实验方法。经过多次实验,最后得到了目标产物。并探索其影响因素,得到最佳工艺范围。

Abstract: 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne is an important chemical intermediates, which can be used for pesticides, fungicides, herbicides and other chemical production areas. In recent years, the continuous development of chemical technology and progress, the demand for the products is also on the rise.
First, this thesis describes today''s world general situation of the herbicide. We make sure that it is important, necessary to develop Propyzamide''s intermediate 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne.
Secondly, reading a lot of literature, the paper summarize and devise some main routes to prepare 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne. According to the possibility of synthesis, with mechanism of each chemical reaction, selected the route with 3-o1-3-methyl-1-butyne as the raw materials. With a lot of work done, the paper have get the 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne the route. And then explore its factors affecting, and then get the optimum range.
