摘 要
随着社会经济的高速发展,现在市场对瓦楞纸箱的需求量很大,而在储存、搬运、销售等环节中内装物的完好与瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度有很大的关系,因此需提高瓦楞纸箱的抗压性能才能更好的保护内装物。本文在瓦楞纸箱的周长、高度、材料、瓦楞结构确定的情况下,研究了瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度与长宽比的关系。以0201型BC楞五层瓦楞纸箱为试验对象,分别从试验研究方法、经典公式计算和计算机仿真模拟三个方面进行了探究。通过以上方法,获得了瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的公式数据与试验数据,经过统计比对处理。
最后结果表明瓦楞纸箱长宽比的变化对其抗压性能有显著的影响,即当0201型瓦楞纸箱的周长(1600mm)、高度(328mm)一定时,瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的公式数据低于试验数据;长宽比(RL)从1变化到3时,纸箱的抗压强度先升再降;当长宽比(RL)为1.5左右时,纸箱的抗压强度达到最大值。

ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid development of social economy, now in the market in great demand, corrugated cardboard in storage, handling, and sales of such links within the intact and corrugated carton compressive strength has the very big relations, so need to improve the corrugated carton compressive performance to better protect inside. Based on the perimeter, highly corrugated carton, materials, corrugated structure was studied under the condition of corrugated carton, the compressive strength and length-width ratio. With five layer type 0201 sutra BC to test object, corrugated carton respectively from the experimental research method, the classical formulae and computer simulation three aspects. Through the above methods, corrugated carton compressive strength formula with the experiment data, data statistics matching processing.
Final results of corrugated carton aspect ratio of the compression performance has significant influence, namely when the circumference of corrugated cardboard box type 0201 1600mm and highly 328mm must, corrugated carton compressive strength of the formula below the test data data, The aspect ratio (RL) from 1 to 3, cartons of compressive strength first and then drop, When the aspect ratio (RL) about 1.5, carton compressive strength of maximum, The compressive strength of corrugated carton numerical complies with the normal distribution.
