线性直流稳压电源的设计

摘 要

本论文详细介绍了两种线性直流稳压电源,分别为输出电压为固定±5V、带短路保护、报警的主电源,和输出0~±18V可调且带短路保护、报警的直流稳压电源。本设计是基于对电子工程系数字电子实验室现有的两款数字电路综合实验箱所使用的直流稳压电源的改进。本设计的两种直流稳压电源能够提供稳定可靠的直流输出电压,其输出电流在1.5A以下,可以满足当前实验的需要。且当因各种原因而出现短路时能及时提供可靠的保护,并对输出端的短路故障提供声光报警指示,提醒使用者及时诊断故障或切断电源,待短路故障排除后复位恢复正常工作,提高了实验箱的安全性能。由于本设计的直流稳压电源最终要安装在实验箱内,其印刷电路板、电源变压器等的设计与布局充分考虑小巧紧凑与散热的问题,其间的电气连接采用插线排式连接,又兼顾了美观大方,使得实物设计更加接近于产品!

Design of  The  Linearity  Direct  Current  Steady Voltage Electrical  Source
Abstract

This thesis was detailed to introduce two kinds of linearity direct current steady voltage electrical sources, the main power supply that output voltage for fixed ±5Vwith the short-circuit protection and give an alarm, and the other direct current steady voltage power supply that output 0~±18V adjustable voltage with the short-circuit protect and give an alarm.This design is owing to existing two numerical electric circuits comprehensive experiment box of the engineering department electronics laboratory of electronics use of the improvement of direct current steady voltage power supply.Two kinds of the direct current  steady voltage electrical source can provide to stabilize the dependable direct current exportation electric voltage, it outputs the electric current below 1.5 A, the demand that can satisfy the current experiment.And when appear the short circuit can provide the dependable protection in time because of various reason, and provide sound and light to the short-circuit phenomenon that the exportation carry to give an alarm of the designation, remind the user to examine the breakdown or cut off the power supply in time, need the short circuit to reset to recover the normal work after break down the exclusion, raise safe function of the experiment box.Because the direct current steady voltage electrical source end to install in experiment box, the design and layoutses of its PBC board, power transformer...etc. consider the cleverly made tightly packed well with disperse heat problem, the electricity conjunction of the in the interval adopts the patch cord row type conjunction, attending to the beauty in addition generous, make real object the design is near to in the product more!
