摘 要
针对某品牌液晶显示器运输包装存在运输破损严重的现状,本课题拟结合产品特点和实际流通环境条件,通过精确的科学计算,为该液晶显示器提供一种经济、合理、安全和环保的运输包装方案。本次设计主要包括两部分:一是缓冲包装设计,二是瓦楞纸箱设计。
缓冲包装设计按以下步骤进行:确定产品流通条件;根据流通环境条件及产品信息确定产品脆值;根据流通环境条件及产品脆值选择缓冲材料并进行尺寸设计。
瓦楞纸箱设计按以下步骤进行:通过产品及缓冲材料的最大重量和最大综合尺寸确定瓦楞纸箱的种类及瓦楞纸板代号等;箱板纸和瓦楞原纸选配;瓦楞纸箱尺寸计算;瓦楞纸箱抗压强度及堆码强度校核;瓦楞纸箱表面装潢设计;根据设计好的尺寸以包装相关软件绘制瓦楞纸箱平面展开图及三维立体模型。

Abstract
Due to the serious damage to the liquid crystal display LCD package of some brand, this subject aims to provide an economical, rational, safe and environmental package solution through accurate scientific calculation in which takes into account the product characteristics and actual transportation environment condition, The design mainly includes two parts as following: the designing of cushion package and designing of corrugated case.
Cushion package designing is carried through as following steps : to confirm the circulation condition of the product, to confirm the fragility of the products according to the environmental condition of circulation and product information, to choose the cushion material type and make the size designing according to the environmental condition of circulation and the fragility of the product.
The corrugated case is designed as following steps: to confirm the type of corrugated case and the code of corrugated board by the maximum mass and the maximum comprehensive size of the product with cushion, to choose the suitable boxboard and corrugated base paper, to confirm the size of corrugated case, to verify the compression strength and piling strength of the corrugated case, to make the decoration design for the corrugated case surface, to draw the expanding plan of corrugated box and three-dimensional model as the designed size by package relevant software .
