摘要:再生障碍性贫血(AA),简称再障,是一组由于化学、物理和生物因素等多种病因或尚未明确的原因引起的骨髓造血干细胞及造血微环境损伤,导致造血功能衰竭,外周血全血细胞减少为特点一种综合病征,属临床较常见的血液系统疾病。其临床表现为贫血、出血、感染等症状,分为急性和慢性两类。近年来,随着雄激素Adr、CsA、ATG/ALG、造血生长因子等在临床的广泛应用,西医治疗 AA取得了较好的成绩。但由于各种原因国内早血干细胞移植治疗AA成功的较少,有条件的医院可以进行这方面的研究,但费用昂贵、且副作用较大,患者及家属难以接受。中医方面一些经验方治疗AA取得较好疗效,值得进一步研究其作用机理。近年来对AA的发病机制及诊断治疗,虽然取得了显著的进步,但目前还是一种难治性疾病,治疗上决非一种药物可以解决。蚕砂中提取的叶绿素是由四个吡咯环组成的卟啉环,与血红蛋白的结构极其相似,能参与血红蛋白的合成,促进生血,是一种良好的造血细胞复活剂,铜能参与铜蓝蛋白的合成,促进骨髓造血,叶绿素铜钠盐治疗慢性再障有效率达80%。与康力龙对照组疗效比较,有显著的差异(p<0.01),疗效在国际国内处于领先水平。我国是闻名世界的丝绸大国,蚕桑资源世界之冠,浙江更是著名的“蚕桑之乡”,年产蚕砂约为10吨,约为全国的1/4。按每400吨蚕砂提取1吨叶绿素铜钠盐计算,可提取叶绿素铜钠盐为250吨,可新增产值1。7亿元。本课题通过AA模型小鼠来进行实验研究,初步探讨叶绿素铜钠盐联合环孢菌素A对再障的治疗作用机理,寻求治疗再障的新思路。

Whose clinical manifestation is anaemia , symptoms such as bleeding , being affected by , divides two impatient and chronic kinds. In recent years, Adr , CsA , ATG/ALG , hematopoiesis growth factor etc. apply to clinical broad with the androgen , Western medicine cures AA having got fairly good achievement. But be short successfully comparatively since early blood stem cells transplanting cures AA various cause in the homeland, the conditional hospital can carry out this aspect research , but the costs is expensive and the side effect is bigger , the patient and family members are difficult to accept.A little AA experience is just cured gets the fairly good curative effect , is worth studying whose effect mechanism further. Mechanism and the diagnose that treat the AA morbidity in recent years though having got notable got notable progress but be still one kind of disease difficult to bring nature under control at present, treat going ahead definitely being not that one kind medicine is not bad solve. Silkworm sand extraction of chlorophyll is composed of four porphyry ring paroled ring, and is very similar to the structure of hemoglobin. Participate in the synthesis of hemoglobin and promote blood hematopoietic cells revival is a good agent. Copper participate in the synthesis of ceruloplasmin, hematopoietic, sodium copper chlorophyll treatment of chronic impaired efficiency of 80%.
