摘 要:对于户外运动爱好者来说,急救用品是在遇到突发情况是能保护自身安全的必需用品。在春、夏季节,人们的户外活动频繁,也是动物活跃的季节。当人在被有毒动物特别是毒蛇咬伤时,第一时间是冷静下来并且把毒液吸出以防止毒液扩散。真空毒液吸取器就是为了能帮助伤者排除毒液并防止毒液扩散的急救用品。本设计是对真空毒液吸取器进行结构上的再设计,以及其外包装的设计。通过对塑料产品设计的初步了解进而对产品进行材料以及尺寸上的确定,草图的绘制,然后用SolidWorks完成建模以及渲染步骤。最后,我使用SolidWorks Simulation对三个方案进行静态分析,选择最优方案。

Abstract: For outdoor sports enthusiast, emergency supplies is the necessity by circumstances to protect the own security. In spring summer , people''s outdoors activity is frequent,also the animal. When people are bit by the animals especially by the poisonous snake, the first time is to calm down and aspirate the poison to keep the venom from spreading. The vacuum extractor of poison is to be able to help the wounded from the poison and to prevent the proliferation of emergency supplies. This design is a vacuum device to draw the structure of the venom of the re-design, as well as its packaging design. Through the preliminary understanding of the plastic product design I determinate the material and the size of the product as well as draw the sketch map, then I completes the modeling and the exaggeration step by SolidWorks. Finally, I use SolidWorks Simulation to carry on the static analysis for three plans, and then choose the best synergy.
