龚育之与中共历史研究

  【中文摘要】 龚育之是著名的马克思主义理论家、中共党史学家、自然辩证法专家和教育家。从1975年10月起,龚育之的研究重点开始转向中国共产党的历史和理论方面。他关注现实、与时俱进、博闻多识、孜孜以求,从诸多方面为中共历史研究做出了贡献。研究龚育之及其党史思想,不仅具有学术价值,而且具有重大的现实意义。本文由序言、正文和结语三个部分组成。序言部分首先阐明了选题原因及意义,紧接着对学术界关于龚育之及其党史思想研究的现状进行综述,最后简要介绍了本文的研究方法。正文由三个部分组成。第一节梳理了龚育之中共历史研究的心路历程。主要从宏观上勾勒了龚育之研究中共历史的三段轨迹:一丝不苟编文献阶段(1975年10月—1988年3月);殚精竭虑著党史阶段(1988年3月—1999年3月);“自由翱翔”写札记阶段(1999年3月—2007年6月)。第二节对龚育之关于中共历史研究的主要观点进行归纳与概括。这些观点主要包括四个大的方面:一是从毛泽东时代到邓小平时代;二是关于中国特色社会主义论;三是关于马克思主义中国化;四是关于中共历史的分期和篇章结构。第三节对龚育之与中共历史研究进行评析。评析围绕三个部分展开:一是概括了龚育之研究中共历史的六个特点:坚持党性与追求科学;关注现实与力求创新;论从史出与史论结合;还原历史与鸟瞰历史;宽广眼界与开阔视野;夹叙夹议与有质有文。二是提出了三个可以继续探讨的问题:关于“第一次飞跃的延伸和第二次飞跃的准备”问题;关于党性和科学性统一的问题;关于中共思想史研究的“文本”问题。三是对龚育之进行总体评价。经过分析得出如下结论:龚育之是一个学者型官员,一个具有自由主义精神的马克思主义者,一个坚守理性良知和人格底线的知识分子,同时也是一个“戴着镣铐跳舞”的学者。最后部分为结语。

  【英文摘要】 Gong Yuzhi is famous as a Marxist theorist, a scholar of the CCP history, a specialist in natural dialectics, and an educationalist. Gong began to put more efforts into the study of the Chinese Communist Party’s history and theories since October, 1975. He was knowledgeable, paid close attention to real life, kept pace with the times, made an assiduous pursuit and great contributions to the study of history. The study of Gong and his thought of party history has not only academic value, but also important practical significance.This thesis consists of preface, main body and conclusion.In preface, the research purpose and the topic value is illustrated. Then the situation of study of Gong and his party history thought in academic circle is summarized. Finally, research methods in this thesis are introduced.The main body is composed of three parts.Section One organizes Gong’s thought course when studying the history of the CCP, which draws the outline of his party history research experiences in three phases: literature compiling phase with scrupulous care (from Oct, 1975 to Mar, 1988); party history writing phase with his brain racked (from Mar, 1988 to Mar, 1999); reading notes writing phase with flying thoughts (from Mar, 1999 to Jun, 2007).Section Two concludes and summarizes Gong’s main points on the CCP history study, including four aspects: first, from Mao Zedong era to Deng Xiaoping era; second, on socialism with Chinese characteristics; third, on Chinalization of Marxism; forth, on the stage division and chapter structure of the CCP history.Section Three makes comments on Gong and his the CCP history study. The remarks focus on three parts as follows: first, six characteristics of Gong’s the CCP history study are summed up: uphold party spirit and aspire after truth; pay close attention to real life and strive for innovation; make remarks form history and combine history with remarks; revert history and have a bird's eye view of history; broaden outlook and horizon; narrate, remark by turns and have both essence and literary grace. Second, put forward three questions that can be further discussed: on“the extension of first leap and the preparation for the second leap”; on the unification of party spirit and truth spirit; on the“text”of the CCP thought history. Third, make a comment on Gong Yuzhi on the whole, drawing the following conclusions through analysis: Gong is a scholastic official, a Marxist with liberalism spirit, an intellectual holding his ground on reason, conscience and personality; as well as a scholar“dancing with bonds”.The last section is conclusion.
