摘要：证券电子商务就是以互联网络为媒介，运用IT技术对证券公司业务流程进行重组、为客户提供全面证券投资服务的一种商业模式。它的内容主要包括网上证券交易、网上证券发行、网上支付和网上信息服务等四个方面。其中，网上证券交易为现阶段证券子商商务的核心内容。证券电子商务具有信息、成本、跨时空、市场扩张和服务等五个方面优势，对证券市场的影响主要体现在改变了传统证券市场的市场结构和竞争格局、改善了证券市场信息资源的配置、冲击了券商原有的生存空间等方面。美国开展证券电子商务的模式主要为综合服务模式、折扣经济商模式和网上经纪商模式。我国证券电子商务的模式主要有证券公司与证券类网站开展合作运营和证券公司自建网站自主运营两种。
目前，我国证券电子商务面临着安全、信息基础设施建设、模式单一缺少个性化服务、监管制度和相应法律缺乏完善等主要问题。只要各方重视问题，积极采取对策，提高安全性、加强风险防范控制和基础设置建设，完善电子商务法规，我国证券电子商务将能得到更大的发展。
本文将以西方发达国家证券电子商务的成功案例与我国证券电子商务现状对比，从而发现我国证券电子商务所存在的问题，并提出解决问题的发展策略。

Research on the Securities E-commerce Development in China
Abstract ：Securities E-commerce is a kind of business pattern which sets internet as the medium, and adopts IT technology to recognize the business operation of securities companies to provide comprehensive securities investment service to clients. Securities e-commerce consists of online securities trading, online securities insurance online payment an online information service. Among which, online securities trading is the core. Comparing with traditional securities business, the advantages of Securities E-Commerce are mainly interpreted in five aspects, including information advantage, cost advantage, space and time advantage, expansion advantage, as well as service advantage, which brings great challenge to the original market structure and competitive pattern of traditional securities market. It will improve the configuration of in formation resources on securities market, and rewrite the original living space and pattern of securities companies. At present, there are mainly two mode of Securities E-Commerce in China: Securities Company cooperates with securities website, or securities companies establish and run the website independently.
Securities E-Commerce in China is mainly faced with safety problem, system problem and information infrastructure problem. Only by facing present a potential problems and taking measures actively an accordingly, can the Securities E-Commerce gain a stable and rapid development in China.
In this paper, Western developed countries will be securities of e-commerce success stories of e-commerce and the status quo of China''s securities contrast, our securities in order to find the existence of e-commerce issues and put forward a development strategy to solve the problem.

从20世纪90年代至今，以计算机通讯技术为核心的互联网技术得到了超乎寻常的发展，从而彻底改变了人与人之间的通讯方式，并逐步改变了人类社会的思维与生存方式，网络生存、数字化生存或虚拟化生存正在不断地挑战现实社会的人们，用比尔&
#8226;盖茨的话说就是:“一个组织必须使用数字信息流，才能快速思考和运作，才能在己经到来的数字化时代取得成功。”同样，任何一个生活在网络信息时代的人，都必须学会适应这种潮流，才能生存发展。
网络在不断影响地球村居民生活方式的同时，不可避免地将影响资本证券市场的管理思维与运作模式。

随着网络经济和通信技术的发展，证券电子商务应用的广度和深度将要继续延伸，证券商务发展的趋势将从外延和内涵两个方面来体现。
首先，证券电子商务的外延发展将侧重于服务，以扩大服务覆盖面为主要特征。随着服务时间的延长、服务对象的多元化发展以及服务手段的多样化发展，电子商务的“3A”（anytime anywhere any-advice）特征将在证券电子商务中充分体现。同时，券商网上证券业务将由目前比较单一的网上证券交易品种向网上客户资产委托管理和网上国际证券业务等其他新兴领域延伸和发展。券商与网络经济的结合将更加紧密，互联网在券商业务拓展中的重要性将日益显现。
其次，证券电子商务的内涵发展将体现在服务的深度，着眼于充分挖掘现有服务手段、业务内容以及信息系统的潜力，以提高服务质量为主要特征，各大券商将更加强调个性化服务，并将基于互联网的自动服务和基于呼叫中心的人工服务进行融合，以使其服务可以更加地适应市场需求，为客户提供更好、更及时、更快速的交易和咨询服务。
目前，我国证券电子商务发展水平与西方发达国家相比尚为落后，而且发展过程中还存在着各种问题与障碍。但是，从市场潜力和前景来看，我国证券电子商务的应用将在广度和深度上同时得到发展与提高，还有着十分宽广的发展空间。
