【摘要】本次毕业设计所写的题目是“高亮度白光LED技术及应用研究”LED从诞生至今以每10年亮度提高30倍,价格下降10倍的定律快速发展,白光LED因其长效可靠和发光效率高等优点,被越来越广泛地应用于各种照明场合,在可以预见的将来将有可能进入一般照明市场以替代传统的热光照明方案。随着白光LED应用的多样化和其器件功率的不断提高,使用更简便,又能提供高效而多样化驱动方式的驱动芯片受到了广泛关注。本文分析了LED发光二极管的基本特点、应用领域和巨大的市场需求,对白光LED进行分析,对路灯用白光LED光源的选择、LED路灯的光学系统和空间散热技术及风光互补LED路灯等进行描述。

第一章 引言
LED光源在照明领域的应用,是半导体发光材料技术高速发展及“绿色照明”概念逐步深入人心的产物。“绿色照明”是国外照明领域在上世纪80年代末提出的新概念,我国“绿色照明工程”的实施始于1996年。实现这一计划的重要步骤就是要发展和推广高效、节能照明器具,节约照明用电,减少环境及光污染,建立一个优质高效、经济舒适、安全可靠、有益环境的照明系统。LED(Lighy Emitting Diode),又称发光二极管,它们利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料,当两端加上正向电压,半导体中的载流子发生复合,放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射产生可见光。应用半导体P.N结发光源原理制成LED问世于20世纪60年代初,1964年首先出现红色发光二极管,之后出现黄色LED。直到1994年蓝色、绿色LED才研制成功。1996年由日本Nichia公司(日亚)成功开发出白色LED。
LED以其固有的特点,如省电、寿命长、耐震动,响应速度快、冷光源等特点,广泛应用于指示灯、信号灯、显示屏、景观照明等领域,在我们的日常生活中处处可见,家用电器、电话机、仪表板照明、汽车防雾灯、交通信号灯等。但由于其亮度差、价格昂贵等条件的限制,无法作为通用光源推广应用。
