摘 要:随着PLC自动控制技术的不断提高,它在工业生产过程中的应用也越来越广泛。从结构上分,PLC分为固定式和组合式两种。PLC具有可靠性高,控制易于实现,系统设计灵活多样,能在实验室内进行现场模拟等特点, 更因为编程简单,易于安装,性能价格比高,有良好的抗干扰能力而广受欢迎。PLC和计算机的综合系统,更可使PLC与计算机互补功能上的不足。本文就将介绍如何使用计算机做为上位机,三菱FX系列PLC作为下位机并实现上位机和下位机之间的通信来对一座具有6座大型闸门的水利枢纽的闸门开关量进行监控。其中利用光电编码器采集数据,系统中还将利用VB制作一个控制界面实现人机界面,方便操作与监控。

Design of opening system for the hydro-Junction gate
Abstract: PLC automatic control technology with the continuous improvement of its industrial production in the process of more and more widely. From the structural points, PLC is divided into fixed and combined the two. PLC with high reliability and easy to implement control systems design flexible, able to conduct on-site laboratory simulation, and other characteristics, but also because programming simple, easy to install, cost performance, a good and popular anti-interference capability. PLC and computer-integrated systems, PLC and the computer will function on less than complementary. This paper will explain how to use the computer as a PC, Mitsubishi FX series PLC as the next crew and to achieve PC and the communications between the crew of one to six large gate with the water conservancy hub of the gate switch to monitor. We will use optical encoder data collection, the system will also be used in the production of a VB control interface to achieve human-computer interface, easy operation and monitoring.

1 引言
1.1 课题的基本内容及要求
某水利枢纽装有大型闸门6座,为了实现闸门的开启及关闭控制,并方便集中控制室掌握各闸门的开启程度,采用6台PLC与上位计算机构成通讯网络。要求集控室可以完成闸门的启闭操作,闸门现场也可以完成闸门的启闭操作。还要求集控室可显示闸门的开闭位置,闸门的定位采用光电编码器测量。
本课题要求选择可编程控制器机型及通讯方案,要求设计系统硬件电路及选择通信参数。要求设计通讯程序。系统应有完善的安全措施及良好人机界面。
