【摘要】 目的 比较贯叶连翘提取物和阿米替林片治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法 采用开放性对照研究方法，将100例抑郁症患者随机分成2组，治疗组50例，对照组50例。治疗组口服贯叶连翘提取物1.8～2.7g，分3次服；对照组给予阿米替林50～250mg ，分2次服。以汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及副反应观察量表（TESS）分别观察二组治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。二组治疗时间均为6周。结果 治疗组有效率为83.7%，对照组有效率为85.4%，Radit分析，P＞0.05，药物不良反应发生率对照组多于治疗组。结论 贯叶连翘提取物是一个疗效确切且耐受性好的抗抑郁药物。

Pilot study on clinic effects of the the ethanol extracts of Hypericum perforatum L. in treatment of depression
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy， adverse effects and onset of the ethanol extracts of Hypericum perforatum L. and amitriptyline. Methods 100 patients who met the CCMD-Ⅲ criteria for depression were allocated 50 cases into treatment group and the other into control group at random， treated with either the ethanol extracts of Hypericum perforatum L. (0.9g， tid ) and amitriptyline(150mg， bid )for a period of 6 weeks in a opened， placebo controlled trial. HAMD and TESS were adopted to evaluated the therapeutic respones and adverse effects. Results The scores on HAMD had not shown significant difference between two groups. The efficiency ratio of treatment group and control group were 83.7%and 85.4%， respectively. The adverse effects of treatment group were less and mild compared with group. The onset of action were similar between these two medications. Conclution The ethanol extracts of Hypericum perforatum L. is a effective， well tolerative antidepressant.
