说明:摘要: 本次实验以酶学的分析方法,就不同粗脂肪含量条件下,赤眼鳟Squalibarbus Curriclu鱼种阶段消化酶活性进行了测定。实验结果表明:在2.47%、4.32%、7.12%、8.72%、10.05%、11.71% 这六种粗脂肪含量条件下,肠道中淀粉酶活性较接近,差异不显著(P>0.05);肝脏中淀粉酶活性有显著差异(P<0.05),其中以脂肪含量为 11.71% 时活性最高(73.485μg glucose/mg protein. Min)。消化器官不同部位对淀粉酶的活性没有显著的差异。肝脏中脂肪酶的活性变化差异显著(P<0.05),在粗脂肪含量为7.12% 时其活性最高(24.5853μg Tyr/mg protein.min);肠道中脂肪酶活性变化显著(P<0.05),在粗脂肪含量为2.47%时活性最低(5.8338μg Tyr/mg protein.min)。消化器官不同部位酶活性存在明显差异:肝胰脏酶活性比肠道酶活性高。粗脂肪含量的高底对赤眼鳟生长率和饵料系数也有很大的影响,实验结果表明脂肪含量在4.32% 时其生长率达到最高值3.455饵料系数达到最小值2.21,增重率也是达到最高120.94。通过该实验可以对于赤眼鳟养殖提供有价值的参考资料,还为赤眼鳟生理学和饲料配方提供理论依据。
