摘要:虾青素是一种有广阔市场前景的色素,也有抗氧化、抗癌、预防动脉硬化和相关疾病、维护眼睛和中枢神经系统的健康等生物学作用。化学合成虾青素和甲壳类动物废弃物的加工有成本高和生产条件要求苛刻等一些缺点。发酵法生产虾青素是目前成本最低的虾青素来源(主要是培养基配方价格低廉)。采用了单因素和多因素混合实验来探讨不同氮源、碳源对发夫酵母生产虾青素的影响。用DNS法测定残余葡萄糖的量,用干重法测定菌体生物量。结果确定了最佳氮源、碳源。最佳培养基配方为葡萄糖30g/L, (NH4)2SO4 1.5g/L,酵母膏2g/L.种瓶至发酵摇瓶的接种时间为40h,装液量为50mL。得到了酵母菌的生长曲线,在0-22小时为延滞期,22-49小时进入了指数期,此后为稳定期。

Chemically synthesized Astaxanthin and Crustaceans animal waste processing have some shortcomings that High cost and Production requirements for harsh. Produce Astaxanthin for zymotechnics is the lowest cost way to Produce Astaxanthin( Is the main medium for the low price) .single factor and mixture design experiments were used to investigate the effects of nitrogen source and carbon source on Phaffia rhodozyma cultivation and astaxanthin production. NDS used measuring residual amount of glucose. Determine optimization of nitrogen sources and carbon source. The best basic medium was composed of 30g/L glucose, 1.5g/L(NH4)2SO4 2g/LYeast Extract. inoculated in 250 ml shake flasks containing 50ml. Gained Yeast growth curve. In 22 hours after inoculation into the exponential phase of growth yeast. 0 -22 hours in the extension of demurrage ,22-49-hour period to enter the index, thereafter stabilizing.
