摘要:茄尼醇( solanesol) 是一种天然化合物,纯度较高的茄尼醇可以用作多种药物的合成。本文介绍了从烟草中提取茄尼醇,并且对其分离提纯方法作了系统的研究和比较后确定使用柱层析的方法进行分离。运用对照实验研究了茄尼醇柱层析分离最适宜的洗脱剂配比,柱高,上样量等条件并且作出比较选择,确定实验条件。然后将茄尼醇在碱性氧化铝、酸性氧化铝,硅胶,硅镁等吸附剂下进行对照实验,研究其分离效果。研究各种吸附材料得到茄尼醇的纯度以及回收率,得出最佳吸附材料及条件。对照实验的方法用严谨的构思和对比分析取代目前常用的分析方法所需要的复杂的操作、高额的实验成本,并且具有很广泛的适用性,比较高的准确度,可以用作筛选实验条件的主要操作方法。
Abstract: Solanesol (solanesol) is a natural compound, The higher purity Solanesol can be used for the synthesis of a variety of drugs. This paper introduces the extracted from the tobacco Solanesol. Purification and its methods of research and more determined use of column chromatography methods of separation. Experimental study of the use of control Solanesol column chromatography eluting the most appropriate agent ratio, column, on the sample volume conditions and make more choices, to determine experimental conditions. Then Solanesol alumina in alkaline, acidic alumina, silica, silicate magnesia and other adsorbent under control experiments Study their separation.
