【内容提要】马克思的劳动价值论，是继承了资产阶级古典政治经济学的科学遗产、建立在历史唯物主义基础之上、具有合理的科学内核和重大理论价值的一个科学范畴。同时，在物化劳动是否创造价值问题上，马克思的劳动价值论具有值得进一步探讨和研究的方面。

【英文摘要】Value of labor is a scientific category built up under theguidance of historical materialism by Marx. It has beendeveloped on the basis of the heritage of capitalistclassical economics. While pointing out that this theory isrational and of great theoretical significance, the authorremarks that further studies are necessary to dwell onwhether or not materialized labor can create value withrespect to Marxist theory of value of labor.
