【内容提要】生产关系概念源于马克思的交往形式理论。在变革社会制度的革命年代，人们侧重于从物质利益分割角度来理解生产关系，这种理解在我国经济体制改革实践中暴露出明显的历史局限性，我们应根据改革实践的经验重释马克思的交往形式理论，把生产关系全面理解为人们在生产过程中所结成的物质利益的分割关系和合作关系的统一。
【英文摘要】The concept of productive relation is derived from Marx’stheory of transactional forms.In time of revolutionizing thesocial system,the understanding of productive relation wasemphatically affected by the view of distribution of materialinterests.The understanding of this sort has exposed itsobvious historical limitations in the practice of theeconomic system reform in our country. Therefore, it isnecessary to re- interpret Marx’s theory of transactionalforms based on our experience drawn from the practice ofreform. According to Marx, productive relation shoul d becomprehensively understood as a unity of the distributive andthe cooperative relation of material interests among peopleformed in the process of production.
