【内容提要】市场经济是法治经济，法治经济需要相应的法治政治。法治政治由其精神要件、实体要件、实践主体要件构成；而法治政治的模式应该充分体现权力制约原则、人民主权原则和党的领导原则，有利于依法治国、克服权力腐败，有利于党政分开、改善党的领导。政治体制改革的优选之路应从简政放权着手，有领导有步骤的进行。
【英文摘要】Market economy, which requires corresponding politics ruled by law, is economy ruled by law. Politics ruled by law consists of three major parts: spirit al part, substantial part and practice subject. The model of politics which ruled by law should fully embody the principle of the check of power, the principle of civil right and the principle of insistence on the leadership of the Communist Party of China, favorable to the running the state by law, overcoming&nbs p;power corruption, improving the leadership of the Party and to the division between the Party and government. The best way of political reform is to start with simplifying government and loosening power and it should be undertaken under guidance and with proper steps.
