半自动游泳池池壁清洗机器设计

摘     要
 本次毕业设计是关于解决游泳池侧壁清洗的问题的半自动化机器的设计。首先对游泳池的结构及清洗部位进行概述；接着对机器的原始构造及运动进行解析；然后进行各结构的详细设计和动力计算及校核。市场调查目前还没有机器代替人工清洗游泳池壁的机器运用在游泳池壁的清洗作业中，所以这类机械的设计上有很大的灵活性，功能上极具使用性，是创新型的机械设计，因此设计中定会有很多的不足有待完善。因为是创新设计，所以采用半自动控制系统，包含人力和机械的控制。清洗动作由电力驱动机械完成，机器的推行及整体操作则由人力完成。
    本次半自动游泳池壁设计代表了该机器的设计的一般过程，对今后该机器的发展及完善具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
 The graduation project design a semi-automated machinery to resolve the problem of clean the wall of swimming pools. First overview swimming pools and the places should be cleaned,Proceeded to the original structure design and machinery movement analysis; then proceed to the sturcture design and dynamic calculation and verification. There was no machine design for swimming pools’ wall cleaning survey on the market, so the design of the machinery have great flexibility in the use of highly functional.It is a innovative design,so the machine will have a lot to be less than perfect. Because it is a innovation design,I choice it use the semi-automatic control,include human and machine operations in the movement.The cleaning operation completed by the power-dirven machinery,and the machine’s completion willoperated by human.   The design of the semi-automatic swimming pool’s wall representative the general precess of the sign.It have a certain value for the machine’s improvement in the future.
