摘 要
随着近年来全世界范围内新材料技术领域的快速发展,塑料加工技术和塑料模具技术发展迅速,成为我国塑料加工业近年来连续、高速、稳定增长的重要基础,也为塑料技术相关领域如家电、汽车、包装等行业的发展起到了积极的促进作用。挤出技术随着国家可持续发展政策的实施和贯彻,从过去传统的高能耗型走向节约型、精密型,因此以提高成型制品几何精度和内在质量均匀性为主要标志的精密化技术在近年来得到了国内外塑料加工领域的高度重视。
多年来塑料挤出成型新技术发展的结果衍生出种类繁多的新型塑料挤出机头机头。近年来,一些新型塑料挤出机头在我国的工业化应用发展迅速并快速普及,如螺旋芯棒机头等等。结合我国塑料挤出成型技术以及新型塑料挤出机头的发展特点和趋势,本文简要介绍了挤出机头类型、通用设计原则和一般的设计程序,并对新型塑料挤出机头设计时所涉及的基本结构、挤出内容设计作了简介。
本论文根据实际生产需求、成本、加工条件和材料特性等方面考虑,对原有的一些机头设计进行分析,对优点提出了肯定,并提出了一些老式机头设计上的缺点,通过一些经验公式的分析和计算,在老式机头基础上作出了一些改良,特别是对以前内部混炼效果不良的问题进行了细致的研究,最终设计了一种在混炼效果上比以往的模具更加有效的螺旋式模具。该模具与老式模具最主要是的区别在于流道的设计上做了很大的改进,区段分布更加合理,物料的熔融效果更好。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of the rapid development of Plastics Processing Technology plastic mold technology and the rapid development of China''''s plastics processing industry in recent years, continuous, high-speed, an important basis for stable growth, has played a positive role in promoting plastic-related fields such as home appliances, automotive, packaging industry Extrusion technology with the national sustainable development and implementation of policy, from traditional to high-energy-saving type, precision, molding products, therefore in order to enhance the geometric accuracy and uniformity of the intrinsic quality as the main indicator of the sophisticated technology in recent years at home and abroad to get the field of plastic processing attention.
Over the years plastics extrusion result of the development of new technologies derived from a wide range of new plastics extrusion die head. In recent years, some new plastic extrusion die in our application of the rapid development of industrialization and rapid popularity, such as spiral mandrel nose and so on. Combination of plastic extrusion technology in China as well as the new head of the development of plastic extrusion characteristics and trends, this paper describes the type of extrusion die, the principles of universal design and general design process, and new plastic extrusion die design by involved in the basic structure, made out of the content of the design brief.
In this paper, based on the actual production and demand, cost, processing conditions and material properties, such as considerations for the design of the original analysis of some head, made sure of the merits, and some old-fashioned design of the shortcomings of the nose, through some experience analysis and the calculation formula, based on the old nose made some improvements, especially in internal mixing effects of previous issues of non-performing detailed study, the final design of a mixing effect in the mold than more effective spiral mold. The old-fashioned mold and mold is the most important difference is that the design of flow channel has done a lot of improvements, a more reasonable distribution of the section, the molten material better.
