摘 要
液力传动是基于流体力学的欧拉方程,它是利用流体的动能,即利用液力传动装置中叶轮内动量距的变化来传递和改变动能。其中动量是指液体质点点的质量m与绝对速度v的乘积mv,由于速度是矢量,所以动量也是矢量。动量矩是指动量与该点到旋转轴的垂直距离r的乘积,以L表示.液力传动用变矩器取代了机械传动中的离合器,具有分段无级调速能力。
液力偶合器的实质是离心式水泵与涡轮机的组合。主要由输入轴,输出轴,泵轮,涡轮,外壳,辅助腔及安全保护装置等组成.
在工作过程中,发动机带动与泵轮刚性连接的主动轴1旋转,其转速为,位于泵轮内的工作液体由于受到泵轮叶片的作用而获得能量,随泵轮一起旋转。离心力迫使液体向泵轮外缘流动,从而把发动机的机械能转变成泵轮内工作液的动能。
限矩式液力偶合器是各种型式偶合器中生产数量最多的一种类型,主要应用于采煤、运输、破碎和起重等设备中。
