摘要

本文主要对电动牙刷主体进行详细的设计、计算、校核、分析、选型。在对电动牙刷行业近年来国内外发展情况调查的基础上,对电动牙刷的结构进行设计计算。分析了电动牙刷要求实现的功能要求，了解了现有电动牙刷机构的工作原理，基本结构，系统组成及功能；研究了电动牙刷的系统构成及功能，各部件的选型方法及材料选择，特别是对其传动部分的研究是本文的重点。
电动牙刷一个简单的机电一体化产品，融合了机械，材料，电机等相关技术。其主要技术路线是通过电池提供电力，使电机工作，通过传动部分结构运动速度和轨迹来控制牙刷的振动。
设计主要包括了电动牙刷的外形结构，传动部分的设计，装配，选材，控制系统设计，电机选择，以及运动模拟仿真。本文的设计中，电动牙刷的结构图，装配图，零件图，以及控制系统的电路图都有详细的介绍。
以本电动牙刷设计作为毕业设计，其目的是通过切身实践，对所学知识的一次全面、系统的复习，总结与完善，理论联系实际，锻炼自己在机械设计等方面实际的能力，并学会解决在实际设计过程中遇到的问题的能力。

Abstract

 In this paper, I design, calculate, check, analyse, and select the main part of the electric toothbrush in detail. On the basis of the survey of the development of the electric toothbrush industry in recent years both at home and abroad, I analyse the demands of the functional requirements of the electric toothbrush, then I understand the working principle of the existing electric toothbrush, basic structure, composition and functions of the system. And I also study the structure and function of the electric toothbrush, the selection of the it`s components and material selection. Mainly the paper focus on the transmission of the toothbrush.
  Electric toothbrush is a simple mechanical-electrical integrated product. It is the integration of the utilization of the mechanical, microcontroller, materials, electrical and other related technologies. The battery provides the electricity by the battery so that the electrical body can work. And the vibration of the toothbrush is controlled by the velocity and the trajectory of the transmission structure .
 The paper includes the design of the shape and driving part of the electric toothbrush .And it used material selection, control system design, motor selection, and sports simulation. In this paper introduce the design of electric toothbrush, the structure of the electric toothbrush, assembling method , part drawings, as well as the circuit diagramsof the control system in detail. I choose the the design of the electric toothbrush as my graduation project to get and sum up comprehensive and systematic knowledge,to practice with theory ,to improve my mechanical design capabilitie through practice, to gain the abilities of solving the actual  problems .
