摘 要
逆向工程已成为联系新产品开发过程中各种先进技术的纽带,并成为消化、吸收先进技术,实现新产品快速开发的重要技术手段。汽车车身覆盖件都是由曲面构成,为了提高车型设计效率,国内外大多数厂家利用逆向工程加快车型开发。本文主要对点云汽车覆盖件进行逆向再设计,在这里用Imageware软件对给定的点云数据—汽车覆盖件进行点云数据预处理,点云分块、特征提取、截面线构造等操作获得必须的曲面重构信息,通过误差分析验证所做点云是否合格,最后把所生成的曲面输入到UG里面进行最后处理。

Abstract
reverse engineering has become the bond during the development process of a new product,and also an advanced technology of Digesting and absorpting the advanced technolog and acheiving to have a rapid development of a new product. Auto Panels are constituted by the bend surface, in order to enhance the efficiency of vehicle design, the majority of manufacturers at home and abroad use of reverse engineering to speed up the development models. this thesis redesigns the Point Cloud for Automotive Panels,and using imageware to make a Pretreatment of the Given Point cloud data -Point cloud data of the Auto cover,blocking the Point cloud ,extracting Features and Constructing the Section Line so as to obtain the Necessary information of Surface Reconstruction,and then Authenticate if the Point Cloud that already be made is Qualified or not by Analysising the Error,at last,we Input the Generated surface into UG to have a final treatment.by designing the Reverse Modeling,I have a further Awareness to the Reverse industry,and it makes a good basis for my going to the society in the future.
