摘 要
本课题主要研究家用电扇的造型设
计以及快速成型，针对市场中家用电扇的外
形分析，得出风扇叶片及各组成部分的结构
和工艺特点及一些种要的数据，并从产品的
美观及实用角度出发，掌握并利用Pro/e进
行对风扇的三维造型，设计出理性并美观的
造型。快速成型机是一种应用计算机数控和
激光技术的机床，它是利用逐层叠加的原理
，成型角度可以看作为点、线、面的叠加。
本次课题要求了解快速成型机对图形的预处
理过程，利用快速成型机制作模型，保证加
工过程时纸的走向，并利用美工刀对模型进
行剥离。本课题就是在产品设计这一应用方
向所作的一种尝试，通过对现有的产品模型
进行分析研究，设计制作出模型，并与现有
实物进行分析比较其优缺点，在完成了制作
后对模型进行后处理。

pretreatment process modeling using
rapid prototyping machine to ensure

the model stripping knife. The issue
is the direction in product design by
the application of an attempt, through
the analysis of the existing product
model to research, design to produce
models, and were analyzed and compared
with the existing physical advantages
and disadvantages, after the
completion of the production model
post-processing.
