摘   要
 离合器摩擦片在制作过程中,会产生很多污垢,而且比较不容易清洗,所以会影响产品表面质量。为了解决摩擦片表面污垢的问题,结合生产实际,参考有关技术资料,研制了此清洗机列。
 整个设计过程为首先收集资料,研究清洗机的组成,功用、原理与优化策略;其次,清洗机构主要参数的选择,根据力学性能和经济性的要求选择适当的参数;再者清洗机构主要参数的计算、确定设计方案;然后则是优化设计,进行系统零部件设计,同时运用CAD或UG画出清洗机构的总装图以及各部零件图(主要是总图,清洗动力杆,齿轮等),同时尝试利用UG三维软件将清洗机的三维图形画出来。要求此清洗机构结构合理,符合标准要求,安全可靠、工艺性、经济性好等,同时保证它具有良好的动力特性。 设计过程中的主要任务是设计合适的清洗装置,使得摩擦片具有良好的摩擦性能。
 通过这个毕业设计,学会UG等软件的运用,熟练运用CAD等软件,同时巩固以往所学的知识(汽车设计、汽车构造、机械设计等)。在设计上具有全面的思路,结合遇到的各种实际问题进行综合考虑,以求达到设计要求。提高自己分析问题与解决问题的能力,独立思考学习的能力与实际应用能力,在综合能力方面,学会分析问题,在具体问题中,学会解决问题,能做到针对不同问题找到不同解决思路,使得在今后的工作中能更好适应要求,提高业务水平与技术素质,胜任所承担的工作,为社会做出贡献。根据奥尔威咨询掌握的情况来看,目前全国有离合器生产企业约200多家,其中具有一定生产能力和规模的汽车离合器生产企业只有30多家,这些企业主要分布在东北、江浙和上海等地。在这30多家企业中,民营企业数量占到了三分之二,而整个行业中不成规模的民企数量则更大。
