摘 要
本设计以注射手机面壳模具为主线,探讨了制件的注塑模具成型工艺,通过UG NX软件进行了产品的模具设计,设计了一模四腔的塑料模具。在手机面壳注塑模具设计中主要确定了模具结构方案,包括型腔布置,分型面的确定,浇注系统和排气系统的确定,顶出方式的选择,模具材料的选择和强度计算,主要成型零件、结构零件的结构形式确定,模具各部件的强度校核,成型零件工作尺寸计算等。并正确掌握MoldWizard模具模块的设计技巧和方法,完成了模具的三维建模以及装配。充分展现了3D在模具设计中的良好应用能力。本文所设计的模具具有结构简单、运动可靠和排气良好等优点,特别适用于本制品的复杂且薄壁的形状。

Abstract
This design of injection mold based on mobile phone shell, the injection mold was designed by UG NX software, this mold was designd as four-cavity mold plastic mold. determined the structure of the major programs in the mobile phone shell injection mold, including the cavity layout, the determination of surface, the deteminationof gating system and exhaust system,the choice of the push system, the choice of mold materials and the strength calculation, the main forming parts, mold checking the strength of the parts, molding parts, such as the work of the size calculation. And correctly grasp the module MoldWizard mold design skills and methods, completed a three-dimensional modeling and mold assembly. Showd the application capability in 3D mold design. The mold is simple, movement, reliable and had good exhaust system, etc., in particular, fit the the complex and thin products.
