摘要
本次模具设计是让即将面临社会工作的毕业生掌握模具设计的基本流程,明确模具设计的各步骤要把握的关键点,并且了解自己所欠缺的部分,以便在日后的实践工作中有针对性的去寻找自己所要掌握的知识。本模具设计主要包括制品结构的工艺分析,注射成工艺卡的制定,模结构的设计,注射机的选择和参数校核,模具冷却系统的设置,绘制模具工作图(三维和二维)这六大部分。通过本次模具设计,不仅在模具结构方面有了具体的认识(如侧向分型与抽芯机构、脱螺纹机构、斜导杆导滑的内侧分型抽芯机构),而且对材料的选择,几何精度的确定,以及对个零件的热处理都有了进一步的提高。从以前对模具的感性认识,上升为理性认识,使自己的模具设计的知识变得更加形象,具体化,同时也提高了对软件(Pro/E,AutoCAD)的运用能力,为以后从事模具工作带来了极大的方便,最后自己想要申明的一点是模具设计要靠实践来提高。

Design abstract
This mold design is the graduate who lets soon face the social work grasps the basic flow of the mold designs. the key point is clear about which various steps of the mold design must be grasped, and understood oneself is short of part. in order to seek oneselfs’ grasping important knowledge at the practice work in the future. This mold design mainly includes the product structure the craft analysis, injects the craft card the formulation, the mold structure design, the injection machine choice and the parameter examination, the mold cooling system establishment, draws up the mold drawing (three dimensional and two-dimensional) these six major parts. Through this mold design, not only I had the concrete understanding in the mold structure aspect (for example the side direction to pull out the core organization. Escaping the thread organization, the slanting guide rod leads the slippery inside to pull out the core organization), moreover to the material choice, the geometry precision determination, as well as all I had the further enhancement to the components heat treatment. Before from the mold perceptual knowledge to the rational knowledge, making the knowledge which own mold designs change vividly, the concrete application, at the same time also enhance to the software (Pro/E,AutoCAD) the utilization ability. In order to be engaged in the mold work for later to bring enormous convenient, finally I would like to declare the point which is enhancing the mold design must depend on practices.
