摘 要
本文介绍塑料模具工业的发展现状和未来的趋势，以及塑料模的结构和分类，针对剃须刀外壳，分析其结构工艺性与特点，进行模具设计。完成了模具有关尺寸计算、压机选型。把传统的模具设计制造模式和计算机辅助手段结合在一起，利用 PRO/ENGINEER实现三维分模和零件装配过程，最后完成二维装配图。

Abstract
This paper introduces the actuality and future trend of plastic mold industry, further more, also tells of the structure and classification of the plastic mold. It designs a mold through analyzing the structure process and characteristic of shave shell. It finishes the size calculation of the mold relative parts and type selection of injection machine. It integrates with computer aided technology and traditional mold manufacture technology, with PRO/ENGINEER software actualize three-dimensional split of the mold and part assemble process ，and finally fulfilling the two-dimensional part drawings and assemble drawing.
