摘要
目前,我国针织工业的生产和产品发展已趋于规模化、时尚化、功能化、个性化、品牌化和快速化,针织企业和产业集群规模越来越大,产品品牌的发展也越来越得到了重视和发展,所有这些,都对针织、编织生产所需的针织机械提出了新的越来越高的要求。由于我国针织机械产品还不能完全适应我国针织工业发展的需要,历年来针织机械进口量居高不下,在整个纺织机械进口中,占有较大比重。因此,必须加快我国针织机械的发展,特别是加快我国电脑全自动针织机械产品的发展。纬编圆机还能够自动实现机器程序以及驱动控制、故障监测与自停、生产数据收集以及花型设计准备,并由单机程控向联网发展,能够适应针织纬编生产多品种、小批量、短周期的需要,可以大大缩短纬编产品设计周期,减少更换品种停机时间,更换品种简单、方便、快捷,所以越来越得到用户的广泛应用。
传统的钢丝清洁球机就是一种小口径的纬编圆机,本文设计的就是结合纬编圆机和压扁机的技术基础上开发出的一种新型全自动清洁球机。这种机型增加了压轮部件,调速装置,变频器以及卷绕装置等一系列辅助功能的零部件,从而使得自动化程度大大提高。
本文主要对新型钢丝清洁球机进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型。分析了新型钢丝清洁球机要求实现的功能要求,了解了同类型钢丝清洁球机的工作原理,基本结构,系统组成及功能;研究了新型钢丝清洁球的系统构成及功能,各元器件的选型方法,以及系统的实现方式等。
新型钢丝清洁球机是机电一体化产品,融合了变频,纬编等相关技术。其主要技术路线是对钢丝清洁球机主体进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型,以实现清洁球加工的功能,并整理成书面报告;绘制钢丝清洁球机的装配图或结构图;绘制各组成部件的元件图。

Abstract
At present, the knitting industry of China''''s production and product development have tended to scale, style and functionality, personalization, branding and fast, and knitting enterprises and the increasing scale of industrial clusters, product development is a growing brand received more attention and development, all of which are for knitting, weaving knitting machinery needed for the production of a new ever-increasing demands. Knitting as a result of mechanical products in China still can not fully meet the needs of industrial development in knitting, knitting machinery imports over the years, high in the textile machinery imports, a larger proportion. Therefore, China must speed up the development of knitting machinery, in particular, is to speed up my computer automatic knitting machinery products. Weft knitting machine circular machine can also automatically process and drive control, fault monitoring and self-stopping, production data collection, as well as flower design prepared by the stand-alone program to the intranet development, and able to adapt to the production of weft knitted variety, small batch, the need for short cycles, can significantly shorten the weft product design cycle, reduce downtime species replacement, the replacement of species is simple, convenient, fast, so more and more widely used by the users.
Traditional steel wire cleaning ball machine is a small-caliber round of weft machine, the paper design is combined with a round and flat weft machine based on technology developed by a new type of automatic cleaning ball machine. This model increased the pressure round of parts, speed control devices, such as inverter and the winding device features a series of supporting parts, so that greatly increased the degree of automation.
