摘要
近两年,废电池对环境的影响成为国内媒体热门话题之一。有的报道称电池对环境污染很严重,一节电池可以污染数十万立方米的水。有很多热爱环保的人士和团体开展或参加了回收废电池的活动。 目前对于各种废旧电池的回收,没有统一的规定、政策和统一的回收点。因此,设计了这个新型实用的废旧电池有奖回收箱,其功能是对进入箱体的物体进行筛选,确定为电池后自动给投放电池者奖品,最终实现有奖回收。本文主要讲述了本设计当中各个机构的具体工作原理,设计方案。它很大的一个特点就是依靠电池的重量为动力,驱动设计内各个机构的运行。本设计结合现实生活实际需求,它具有有奖回收、无需动力、造价低廉、外观精美等优势,致力于在对各种民用电池进行回收的同时提高人们对于废旧电池回收的意识是本作品所考虑解决的问题。本设计具有很好的现实意义和社会应用价值,能进入实际生产阶段,体现其价值。

Abstract
The past two years, scrap batteries impact on the environment become one of the hot topic in the domestic media. Some reports said the battery of environmental pollution is very serious, a battery can be hundreds of thousands of cubic metres of contaminated water. A lot of love for people and environmental groups launched or participated in the recycling of scrap batteries activities. At present all kinds of used batteries for recycling, there is no uniform regulations, policies and the reunification of the recovery point. Therefore, I designed this new type of used batteries for recycling bins crossword, its functions into the box on the screen object, identified as the battery to run automatically after a battery of prizes to the ultimate realization of crossword recovery. This paper described the design of the specific work of various agencies principle of design. It is a characteristic of much depend on the weight of batteries for power, driving the design of the operation of various agencies. The design of the actual needs of real life, it has a crossword recovery, without power, low cost, attractive appearance of such advantages, is committed to on the various civilian batteries for recycling at the same time raising the awareness of recycling of used batteries is the works Consider the problem. This design has a good practical significance and value of community, access to actual production stage, reflects its value.
