摘要
本文介绍了调速阀的发展历程和研究现状。分析调速阀的基本结构和工作原理,分别建立了调速阀的稳态数学模型和动态数学模型,分析调速阀内部结构参数和液压参数对调速阀的稳态性能和动态性能的影响趋势。研究用相关的计算机软件设计阀的仿真模型,最后确立用matlab中的simulink进行仿真。根据调速阀的数学模型应用simulink建立调速阀的稳态模型和动态模型,并进行仿真,为调速阀设计提供了理论基础。

ABSTRACT
This paper introduces the speed control valve’s course of development and analyzes the valve’s structure and the basic principle. Namely the way how to establish the steady-state of speed control valve and the mathematical model of dynamic mathematical model is given. The influence of the internal valve structure parameters and hydraulic parameters on the steady-state speed control valve performance and dynamic properties are got. Research related to the computer software is done and the valve’s simulation model is designed. Finally this is established by the Simulink of Matlab simulation. According to the speed control valve mathematical model establish the steady-state speed control valve model and the dynamic model with Simulink, and simulate. The results show that the theoretical analysis is correct.
