摘 要
本文是对新型蜗杆蜗轮啮合理论的研究和制造,主要是以4阶接触为重点,建立自然齿形的“泛函”数学模型和计算方法。构造高阶啮合基准蜗杆齿形。根据计算出来的齿形设计高阶啮合共轭蜗轮蜗杆的刀具并加工高阶啮合共轭齿轮。独到地将微分几何“切触”概念应用于齿面接触分析。用蜗轮蜗杆仿形原理和高阶接触原则形成重载蜗轮蜗杆的自然(稳态)齿形一整套理论、方法及其实现。生产两个高阶接触蜗轮蜗杆加工刀片和加工两个高阶接触蜗轮蜗杆。并且运用VB程序的编写,从而进行对等共轭齿形的绘制,以及编写基准蜗杆的坐标数据。最后找到一种设计方法,使蜗轮蜗杆啮合表面能够得到尽可能高的接触阶数(接触得尽可能更紧密但不完全贴合),提高其接触强度和润滑效果。最后在校办工厂加工将算出来的蜗轮蜗杆加工出来。

Abstract
This article is to the new worm bearing adjuster worm gear meshing theory research and the manufacture, is mainly take the fourth-order contact as the key point, establishes the natural tooth profile “functional” the mathematical model and the computational method. According to the tooth profile design higher order meshing conjugate worm gear worm bearing adjuster''''s cutting tool which calculates and processes the higher order meshing match wheel. “Cuts originally the differential geometry touches” the concept to apply in the tooth face contact analysis. Form the heavy load worm gear worm bearing adjuster''''s nature with the worm gear worm bearing adjuster profiling principle and the higher order contact principle (stable state) the tooth profile one whole set theory, the method and realize. Produces two higher order contact worm gear worm bearing adjuster processing bit and processes two higher order contact worm gear worm bearing adjuster. And using VB procedure compilation, thus carries on the coordinated conjugate tooth profile''''s plan, as well as compilation datum worm bearing adjuster''''s coordinate data.
