摘 要
本论文提出了腰部摆动机构的设计。在我国,长期与疾病作斗争的患者占总人口的15%,而亚健康人群占总人口的70%,而15%里面就有5%的人有腰部疾患,70%里面则有20%的人患有腰部疾病。人们长时间的用车和长期的伏案工作,导致该病患者将会越来越多。一款专业的腰部理疗器械具有很大的市场潜力。首先我对市场上的腰部医疗器械的现状做了初步的了解,比较了国内外同类产品的优缺点。然后进一步完善自己的设计方案。之后根据给定的设计参数选定有二组平行四边行构件的七杠机构缩放仪为主要机械构造及组成零件的尺寸等,在设计振动系统时选好以惯性偏心运动提供周期性震动,腰部固定位置的选定和结构,电动机的位置选择和减速装置,并对齿轮的尺寸,模数,齿数;缩放仪的放大比率及缩放比率的调整;电动机的型号;震动的幅度,频率等等进行了具体的分析和计算。最后对个别特殊结构设计做了详细说明,如减速装置的选择和定位等等。
