摘 要
随着现代工业水平的不断提高,流体控制技术已经获得了日益广泛的应用,并得到世界各发达国家的高度重视和大力投入,它的应用已成为衡量一个国家工业水平的重要标志之一。电磁阀作为伺服系统的核心控制元件之一,其性能将直接影响甚至决定着整个控制系统的性能。现代工业技术的发展对电磁阀的控制精度和响应速度均提出了更高的要求,对电磁阀的内部结构进行改进设计是一种行之有效的解决途径。
在电磁阀的各个环节中,电-机械转换器是响应最为滞后的一个环节,其响应时间通常能占到整个电磁阀响应时间的70%~80%,在整个电磁阀中扮演着至关重要的作用。本文在国内外阀用电-机械转换器的相关研究的基础上,设计了一种电磁阀用的电-机械转换器——盘式电磁铁。
本文首先通过对螺管式电磁铁的理论分析,了解电磁铁的设计;然后根据已知参数,计算出盘式电磁铁的各部件尺寸并选择了结构,画出高速盘式电磁铁的各部件图和其结构图。
本文分为四章:第一章 绪论,主要讲述了电磁阀的发展概述、电-机械转换器的应用及研究现状、盘式电磁铁的研究、选题的背景及研究意义,第二章 螺管式电磁铁的理论分析,主要讲述了磁场计算基础、螺管式电磁铁,第三章 盘式电磁铁的设计, 主要讲述了盘式电磁铁的设计计算、盘式电磁铁的结构,第四章 结论

Abstract
With the improvement of modern industry, the fluid control technology has gained wide application, and the developed countries of the world and the application, it has become a national industrial level one of the important marks. Electromagnetic valve as servo system is one of the core control components, which will directly affect the whole control system, and even the performance. The development of modern industrial technology of electromagnetic valve control precision and response speed were put forward higher request, the internal structure of electromagnetic valve improved design is a kind of effective solution.
In every link of the electromagnetic valve, electromagnetic machinery converter is one of the most lag response, the response time can usually the electromagnetic valve response time of 70% ~ 80% in the electromagnetic valve, plays a vital role. This valve electric machinery at home and abroad research foundation of the converter, design a kind of electromagnetic valve electric machinery converter – disc electromagnets.
Firstly, through the electromagnet coil theory to understand the design of electromagnet; then the basis of known parameters, calculate the disc magnet size and select the various parts of the structure, high-speed disc magnet to draw the various parts map and the structure diagram.This article is divided into four chapters: Chapter Ⅰ Introduction, Mainly about the development of an overview of the electromagnetic valve, electrical - mechanical converter application and research status, disc magnet research, background and significance of research topics,Chapter Ⅱ Solenoid Electromagnet theoretical analysi, Calculated on the basis of magnetic field were described, Solenoid Electromagnet,Chapter III disc design of the electromagnet, Mainly about the design and calculation of disc magnet, disc magnet structure,Chapter IV Conclusions
