摘 要:从现代物流的角度来看，配送管理是一种新兴的生产与运作组织管理形式，是有效消除商品的时间距离和空间距离的物质基础，是对供应商、制造商、销售商和最终用户之间的物质流、信息流和资金流进行有效地管理，以实现低成本、高效率生产经营的重要载体。JF超市是汕头市供销系统改制以后新成立的连锁超市，是汕头市供销商会副会长企业，主要从事各类消费品的连锁经营与配送。2011年是全面建设更高水平小康社会的提速之年，是汕头市发挥村公共服务中心作用促进年，农村消费品连锁超市建设的推进，将进一步改善农村消费环境。在此机遇下，如何做大做强，JF超市面临着不少亟待解决的问题，尤其是提升配送中心配送管理水平，是当务之急。目前JF超市物流配送的管理体系存在着一些问题，这些问题制约着JF超市的物流配送业务的发展，本文通过对JF超市的配送管理现状的分析，深入探究JF超市配送管理方面存在的问题，进而找出问题产生的根源，最终针对这些问题，提出具有实践意义的建议对策，希望能以此来使JF超市配送管理水平得到全面提高。
