大理石加工企业的设施布置优化方案探讨---以苏州祥顺装饰材料有限公司为例
摘 要
随着生产发展和市场经济的高速发展,企业之间的竞争已不仅是产品上的竞争,而是企业物流间的竞争,尤其是对加工型企业而言,本文选择了苏州祥顺装饰材料有限公司大理石加工部门为例,通过对大理石加工行业的深入研究分析,发现物流这一管理方法在该行业的运用十分欠缺,由于该行业是传统型行业,从原材料的采购到大理石方料的加工,再到成品的进一部加工,各环节部门需要密切配合,发挥最大的生产效力,制造最大的利润空间。过去大理石加工企业的生产方式主要靠的是工人们的劳动力为主,劳动强度大并且效率低,随着机械化水平的发展,很多重型机械被引入,提高了大理石加工行业的生产效率,也提高了大理石加工企业的生产工艺,减轻了工人的劳动强度。但同时,由于受到管理方式的影响以及受传统的厂区布局的影响,很多物流作业存在不合理现象,物流效率底下,需要改进,以进一步提高竞争力。因此,本文通过祥顺大理石加工部门的深入分析研究,针对不合理现象做了分析,运用作业相关图法和从至表法,提出解决方案,优化调整厂区物流设施布局和物流设施的的布置,提高物流水平,提高生产效率,以此提高企业的竞争力。
