摘 要
电子商务的迅速发展给第三方物流企业的发展即带来了机遇,同时又带来了巨大的挑战。对大多数企业来说,谁能充分利用第三方物流正迅速发展的这个时机,谁就能更好地迎接挑战,实现企业的发展。正因为利用第三方物流已经逐渐成为企业缩减资产,节省物流费用的必然选择,也是企业可以有效发掘的“第三利润源泉”。
本文首先对电子商务和第三方物流做了简单的介绍,分析了电子商务与第三方物流的关系,说明电子商务环境下发展第三方物流的必要性、然后重点对电子商务下我国第三方物流发展的现状及面临的主要问题、改进方向、发展的趋势着手进行了阐述和剖析,从而使第三方物流公司提高物流的控制能力、集中精力发展核心业务、减少投资降低风险、节省费用降低成本、减少库存提高物流水平达到长期发展的目标。最后提出了适应经济发展的趋势,处进我国电子商务环境下第三方物流企业发展的良好的外部环境的建立,能够全面解决适应我国市场状态的现代化物流的对策。

Abstract
Rapid development of e-business to a third party logistics enterprise''''s development will bring both opportunities and at the same time has brought great challenges. For most businesses, who can take full advantage of third-party logistics is developing rapidly at this time, who would be better able to meet challenges and realize the development of enterprises.
This first e-commerce and third-party logistics has done a brief analysis of the relationship between e-commerce and third-party logistics, indicating the development of e-commerce environment, the need for third-party logistics, and then focus on e-commerce development in China under the third-party logistics present situation and and improvement of the main problems facing the direction of the trend initiated are described and analyzed, so that third-party logistics companies to enhance logistics control, concentrate on developing its core business, reduce investment risk reduction, cost savings and lower costs, reduce improve the level of inventory logistics to achieve long-term development goals, the final proposed to adapt to the economic development trends of China''''s e-commerce environment, third-party logistics enterprise development, a good external environment and adapt to the modernization of China''''s market status of logistics solutions.
