基于供应链的库存策略研究
[摘要] 随着全球经济一体化的发展和技术进步，形成了以买方为主导的市场，企业的竞争也由企业的竞争发展为供应链间的竞争；同时，随着商品种类的日益增多和顾客需求不断的细化、多样化及不确定性，有效的库存控制就变的越来越重要。在此情况下，企业必须在快速有效地满足顾客需求的基础上实现低成本运营，而这也是众多企业面临的的难题。为此，我们必须对库存控制做进一步的研究。本文从供应链的角度，介绍了基于协调的多级控制库存模型，并在掌握某首饰供应链实际数据的基础上，对该条供应链进行了分析，通过改变不同的变量来进行更深入的分析，找出影响供应链总成本最大的因素，最后对此条供应链给出策略分析。

Based On The Study Of Supply Chain Inventory Strategies
[Abstract] With the development of global economic integration and technological advances, formed a buyer-driven market, competition of enterprises by the competition of enterprise development for competition between supply chain and, along with the increasing number of commodities and thinning, diversification of customer needs and uncertainties, of effective inventory control becomes more and more important. In this situation, enterprises must meet customer needs quickly and efficiently on the basis of low cost operations, and this is also a problem faced by many companies. To this end, we must further study on inventory control. This article is from the perspective of supply chain, introduction to multilevel control inventory model based on coordination, and in mastering a jewelry supply chain on the basis of actual data, analysis on the supply chain, through different variables to change for more in-depth analysis, identify the factors having the greatest impact total supply chain cost, last on the analysis of the supply chain strategies.
