物流配送中心的分析及设计 ——以华东医药配送中心为例
摘 要
我国加入WTO以后,国内的物流市场被普遍看好。目前,已有许多外国知名物流配送企业进入我国,凭借其实力向我国的物流业提出了挑战,如沃尔玛配送中心、联邦快递、UPS等。配送中心是物流配送网络中的枢纽,也是流通企业实施供应链管理的重要设施之一。它加速了商品流通,减少了商品损耗,降低了流通成本,提高了库存周转率,作为进行物流配送活动的主要基础设施,它已成为今后我国物流设施规划建设的重点。配送中心的投资巨大,存在一定的投资风险;其配送中心的规划、配送基本模式的运行和运作管理系统的设计是专业性较高的工作。
本文从研究我国物流配送中心的发展历程和现状出发,分析物流配送中心的特点,论述了我国配送中心与国外的物流配送中心的差别,指出当前物流配送中心面临的主要问题是:1.基础设施薄弱,利用率低,发展缓慢;2.现代化程度低,信息化水平不高;3. 规模较小,分布不均,发展不平衡;4. 选址不够合理;5. 配送人员素质较低。
在自动化物流配送中心的运转中,不论是机械化的物流系统,还是自动化或者智能化的物流系统,如果没有正确有效的作业方法配合,那么不论多么先进的系统和设备,也未必能取得最佳经济效益。针对物流配送中心面临的问题,本文介绍了物流配送中心的基本作业流程。物流配送中心主要的作业环节有:进货作业、搬运作业、储存作业、盘点作业、订单处理、拣选作业、补货作业、发货处理和配送作业。
本文主要讨论了货物的进出库作业系统,并根据实习单位——华东医药有限股份公司器材化济分公司配送中心的现状展开具体分析,提出了自动化的设计方案,同时具备功能齐全的管理软件系统,使医药品的采购、保管、暂存、订货、拣货、分类、流通加工及配送工作准确而快速,从而为物流配送中心提高经济效益,降低经营成本,并朝着物流合理化的方向发展。
配送中心在我国发展的时间还很短,论文主要对我国物流业的现状进行分析,并与国外大型配送中心进行比较,在完善配送中心基本功能的基础上,发展适合我国国情的特色功能,以建设具有中国特色的配送中心。我相信通过不断优化与改进,我国也能打造出一个享有全球知名品牌的配送中心。

ABSTRACT
The Logistics Market is to be brisk in our country after CHINA entry into the World Trade Organization. At present, there are many well-known foreign enterprises to enter China''''s logistics and distribution,and has posed a challenge to China''''s logistics industry by virtue of their strength. For example, Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Federal Express, UPS, etc. It accelerates the circulation of commodities, reducing the loss of goods, reducing the flow of costs and improved inventory turns. Logistics distribution centers are the hub of the network as well as one of the important facilities distribution companies to implement supply chain management. Logistics and distribution activities as a major infrastructure, it has become the future of China''''s logistics facilities planning and construction focus. Distribution centers have huge investment and a certain degree of investment risk. Its distribution center planning, the basic mode of operation of distribution and operation of management system is designed to be a higher degree of professional job.
This article from the research of the logistics distribution center’s course of development and situation in China, Analyzing the characteristic of the logistics distribution center and tell the difference between the logistics distribution center in china and foreign logistics distribution center. At the meantime, it also illustrate the major problems of logistics distribution center: 1. Weak infrastructure, low utilization and the development is slowly ; 2.The level of modernization and information is low; 3. A smaller scale, uneven distribution of unbalanced development; 4. The location is not reasonable enough; 5. Distribution staffs have lower quality.
Logistics distribution center in the automation of operation, regardless of the logistics system is a mechanized or automated, or intelligent logistics system, if there is no correct way to tie in with the effective operation, then no matter how advanced systems and equipment, may not be able to obtain the best economic effectiveness. Focus on the problems of distribution center. This paper introduces the basic logistics and distribution center processes. Logistics and distribution center operating segments are: purchase operations, transportation operations, store operations, inventory operations, order processing, selection of operations, replenishment operations, shipment process and distribution operations.
This article discussed the library of goods into and out of the operating system, and training units - The mode of distribution center in East China Pharmaceutical joint-stock company (Branch of relief goods).Analysis of the status quo and put forward improvement automated program, along with full-featured system management software so that the procurement of pharmaceuticals, custody, temporary storage, order picking, sorting, processing and distribution work flow of accurate and fast, so as to logistics and distribution center to enhance economic efficiency and reduce operating costs and the rationalization of the direction towards the development of logistics.
Based in status of East China Pharmaceutical joint-stock company (Branch of relief goods)’s distribution Center, to improve its distribution and warehouse management. So it will promote the economic efficiency of our logistics delivery, reducing cost and proceed with rational logistics delivery at last.
In China, distribution centers’ development of very short time, this paper analysis the status of China''''s logistics industry, and compares with the foreign large-scale distribution centers. Based on the perfecting the basic functions of distribution centers, to develop suited to China''''s national conditions features, in order to build a distribution center with Chinese characteristics. I believe that through continuous optimization and improvement, China is also able to create a distribution center, which enjoys a global brand.
