摘　要
 
 研究背景
 当前国内护理人员心理健康状况不容乐观，强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等心理问题显著高于国内常模。
 研究目的
 通过调研，从社会因素、工作因素、个人因素三方面分析护理人员心理问题产生的原因，探讨相应的对策，希望能够促进护理质量的提升，促进全民健康事业更好地发展。
 研究方法
   采用对照实验的方法，随机选择普通人群、普通护士、急诊护士各100人，发放90项症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行调查。
 研究结果
 本次回收295份有效问卷，用统计软件包分析处理。SCL-90评分因子异常频率依次为：普通人群：强迫、抑郁、躯体化、敌对、人际关系、焦虑、其他(睡眠及饮食)、偏执、恐怖、精神病性；普通护士：强迫、抑郁、躯体化、人际关系、敌对、其他(睡眠及饮食)、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、恐怖；急诊护士：强迫、躯体化、敌对、抑郁、焦虑、其他(睡眠及饮食)、人际关系、偏执、精神病性、恐怖、。三组之间具有显著差异，总症状指数比较：普通人群（1.27）<临床护士（1.39）<急诊护士（1.58）。
 研究结论
     探讨护理人员心理健康问题发生的原因并采取相应对策，有利于护理人员的身心健康，提升护理质量，促进全民健康事业发展。

Abstract
 
 Background

 Research Methods
 Experimental methods used were randomly selected general population, general nurses, emergency nurses, the 100, issued 90 Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) to investigate.
 Results
 The recovery of 295 valid questionnaires were analyzed with the statistical package deal. SCL-90 score factor for abnormal frequency as follows: general population: compulsion, depression, somatization, hostility, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and other (sleeping and eating), paranoia, horror, mental illness; general nurses: compulsion, depression, somatization , Relationships, hostility, others (sleeping and eating), anxiety, paranoia, psychosis, terror; emergency nurses: forced, somatization, hostility, depression, anxiety, and other (sleeping and eating), interpersonal, paranoid, psychotic Terror. Three groups was significant difference between the total symptom index: the general population (1.27) <Clinical Nurse (1.39) <emergency nurses (1.58).
 Conclusions
 Mental health problems of nurses causes and take appropriate measures conducive to physical and mental health nurses to improve quality of care, promoting universal health development.
