基于单片机的温度报警系统
摘 要:随着单片机技术的迅猛发展,用单片机来开发和研制某种新型产品已成为当今和未来技术发展的一个新热点。由于工业过程控制、家用电器、智能产品等需要,基于单片机的温度控制系统的应用也十分广泛。本系统主要以凌阳16位单片机SPCE061A为核心,凌阳单片机的语音特性和存储特性较其它单片机有一定的优势,利用单片机所具有的智能测控特点,结合温度传感器,采用软、硬件结合的方式,设计制作了基于单片机的温度报警系统。整个硬件部分由温度采集电路、模/数转换电路、语音播报电路、显示电路、控制电路等构成。软件部分是基于凌阳单片机的集成开发环境IDE,用C语言编程来完成整个系统的控制。整个系统主要完成对中药的加热和控制,温度可以设定在40-80℃,通过判断当前温度与设定温度来控制加热器的状态,并有语音报警。

Temperature Warning System Based on The Single-Chip Microcomputer
Abstract:With the rapid development of single-chip microcomputer technology, it has been a new tech-focus that new products are being developed and studied using the single-chip microcomputer. Temperature controller system based on single-chip microcomputer is wildly being adopted due to the need of the industry process control,household appliances,intellectual products etc. The system itself, sunplus16 single-chip microcomputer SPCE061A as its main core, making some good advantages of the sound and memory characteristics, using the intelligent measure and control function of the single-chip microcomputer, combining temperature sensor, adopting the way in which the software and hardware component combines, make the temperature alarming system. The whole hardware part is composed of the collection temperature circuit, A/D circuits, voice broadcast circuits, display circuits, control circuits, etc. And the software component, based on the integration development environment IDE of sunplus16 single-chip microcomputer, accomplish controlling the whole system by using C language programming. The entire system is the main conclusion of the heating and control of Chinese traditional medicine, the temperature may being established in 40-80ºC, controlling the heater through judging the current and the set temperature and there is also a voice warning.
