登机时间的优化与研究
摘要:缩小登机时间,航空公司就可以增加飞机及工作人员的利用率来增加收益。因此本文先用面向方面建模方法将登机问题划分如下四个方面:乘客登机速度,放置行李时间,特殊乘客引起的登机延长时间、堵塞时间。再建立局部随机策略来计算堵塞时间,并应用排队论方法计算堵塞次数和平均堵塞时间。还将登机乘客划分成离散的单元即:登机小组进行分析。最后建立整体模型计算整体登机时间。通过仿真模拟与分析得到:未指定特定座位的局部登机策略耗时相对最少;登机时间与乘客通过飞机舱口分布有关。

Abstract:Minimizing boarding time, airlines can increase their aircraft/crew utilization and thereby increase profitability. Herein, the paper using AOM (Aspect-Orientation Modeling) to divide boarding into four aspects: Passenger entry speed, Baggage stowage time, Extra time caused by special passengers and interfering time. Then, local stochastic strategy modeled to calculate interfering time. In addition,let queue to compute times of interference and average interfering time. Local stochastic strategy also organizes the aircraft into discrete units called ‘teams’. Finely, global model created to compute total boarding time. Through simulations and analysis obtain: No assigned local stochastic boarding is best; the distribution of passenger enter the gate of plane is relative to the total boarding time.
