【摘要】 目的 对原发性痛经采用中医辨证分型，分别用中西药结合和中药针灸治疗，观察两种治疗方法的效果。方法 原发性痛经按辨证分型分成气滞血瘀型、寒凝血瘀型、气血两虚型、肝肾亏损型四种。103例病人分成两组，一组52例用中西药按四型治疗，一组51例用中药合针灸列缺穴按四型治疗。结果 在气滞血瘀、寒凝血瘀型中，两种治疗方法差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论 根据现代医学认为，原发性痛经和子宫过度收缩、子宫缺血、缺氧有关。而中医认为是经脉不利、气血运行不畅、经血排出困难、“不通则痛”引起，西医却认为与激素水平失调，发育不良有关。我们采用中药结合维生素E和中药合针灸按辨证分型治疗，均取得了一定的疗效。

The acupuncture and moxibustion series curative effect of Western medicine series against Chinese medicine contrasts in primary dysmenorrhea
【Abstract】 Objective The abstract aim adjust previously the quality the primary dysmenorrhea and adoptd the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical logic branch mould, and in the way of the Western medicine unites separately and the Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treating, and watchs two kinds of treating effect.Methods The dysmenorrhea separates into stagnation of qi blood stasis mould, needy blood stasis of blood mould cogulating, gas void mould of blood and liver renal weakness harm 4 kinds on mould according to the dialectical logic branch mould. Results 103 instance as sick person separate into two seriess, Killing stagnation of qi blood stasis and needy blood stasis mould cogulating, two kinds are treatd that the means does not have significant differenc (P>0.05).Conclusion Western medicine, Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dysmenorrhea have certain effects.
