摘　要
 
 目的
 为了更清楚的了解引起青春期痛经的相关因素，掌握不同生理及心理因素对青春期痛经的影响。总结分析青春期痛经的主要症状以及与心身学的关系，为青春期痛经的临床护理和家庭护理提供理论指导和实际的参考和行为指导。使得青春期女性能正确的认识引发痛经的各种相关因素，并掌握行经期间的疼痛护理。以健康的心理应对青春期痛经。提高生活质量。
 方法
 本研究采用常规的卷调查方式，随机选取了200名青春期女生，填写调查表。通过对调查表的分析，明晰各种相关因素在青春期女性行经期间出现的频率，并以此为基础分析引起痛经的相关因素，此外，分析总结青春期女性在痛经期间的护理。
 结果
 通过调查分析，我们发现痛经对青春期女性的心理状态有较大的影响，而这种影响导致的焦虑和抑郁又会加重行经期间的疼痛。明确了青春期痛经与心理问题互为因果。此外，还发现生长环境和生活习惯的差异对青春期痛经也有一定的影响。
 结论
 本研究通过调查报告的方式，证实了青春期痛经作为一种特殊的心身疾病与心理状态有着不可分割的联系。本研究将有效的指导青春期女性正确面对痛经的发生，为改善青春期女性痛经期间的心理状态，有重要的参考意义。

 Title: Study Of The Related Factors Of Adolescent Dysmenorrhea And Nursing
ABSTRACT
 Objectives
 In order to understand the factors about the pain caused by adolescence and know the different physiological and the psychological factors on the influence of adolescent period. Summarize the main symptoms and find the relationship with psychosomatology.In order to  offer the guidance about the clinical nursing and adolescent family care and lad the female to recognize the factors caused pain. With a healthy coping adolescence dysmenorrhea. To improve the quality of life.
 Methods
 Random selected the 200 adolescence girl and fill in the form, Through the analysis of the questionnaire, Understand the different factors in adolescence and clarify the frequency of women during menstruation.
 Results
 We found that the women in adolescent period have influence on the mental state, and the influence of cause anxiety and depression and aggravates the pain during menstruation.
 Conclusion:
 Confirmed adolescence dysmenorrhea, as a special kind of psychosomatic illness and psychological state is inseparable connection. This research will be effective guidance adolescent females with dysmenorrhea,and to improve the adolescent females of mental state, during the period has important reference meanings.
