论文题目：输液装备吸痰管在老年顽固性便秘患者清洁灌肠的效果观察
摘要

目的：探讨清洁灌肠方法,减少灌肠液外流及强烈排便感,以改善灌肠效果。方法：将60例需要清洁灌肠的老年病人随机分为两组，每组30例。治疗组采用输液装备吸痰管灌肠，对照组采用一次性使用肛管灌肠。比较两组灌肠液外流情况、有无强烈排便感。结果观察组灌肠液外流次数及强烈排便感次数明显少于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。
结论：输液装备吸痰管灌肠法灌肠液外流发生率20%，明显小于对照组，灌肠液入量保留时间明显大于对照组，从而得出结论，输液装备吸痰管灌肠法治疗老年顽固性便秘效果优于肛管灌肠。

Objectives:To probe into cleaning enema methods,to reduce outflow of lavement fluid and to decrease the strong sense of defecation of patients so as to improve cleaning enema effect.
