摘 要
目的 通过健康教育提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者遵医行为,从而提高患者生存质量。
方法 将65例COPD患者随机分为实验组36例和对照组29例。对照组住院期间给予常规指导,出院后保持联系不再宣教。试验组住院期间,医护合作给予科学性的有针对性的健康教育,出院后定期回访并进行指导。随访半年。对二组患者的生存质量进行比较。
结果 干预后两组生存质量评分差异有统计意义(P<0.05),试验组COPD患者生存质量明显高于对照组。
结论 医护合作加强对COPD患者进行科学的有针对性的健康教育,有助于患者建立健康行为,改善生存质量。

Title: The effect of health education on the quality of life of the patients with chronic obstrutive pulmonary disease
ABSTRACT
Objectives: Improve chronic obstrutive pulmonary disease(COPD) patient and abide by the behavior of curing through the health education,thus improve patient''''s quality of life.
Methods: Adopt 65 COPD patient and is divided into 36 esperimental groups and 29 control groups at random. The control group guides the routine in hospital, does not keep in touch the propaganda and education again after leaving hospital. When the esperimental group is in hospital, the scientific pointed health education that doctors and nurses'''' cooperation offers, pay a return visit and guide regularly after leaving hospital. Follow up a case by regular visits to half a year. Abide by, cure behavior degree and survive to two group patient quality is compared.
Results: After intervenion,there were significant differences on the quality of life in the two groups((P<0.05).The patient of the esperimental group quality of life is obviously higher than the control group.
Conclusion: Doctors and nurses'''' cooperation strengthens and carries on the scientific pointed health education to COPD patient, facilitate patient''''s setting up healthy behaviour, improve the quality of surviving.
