论文题目：护理干预对原发性高血压患者血压影响的研究
摘　要
 
目的
 本研究通过对高血压患者进行护理干预研究，以探讨护理干预对患者生活质量和患者血压控制的影响情况。
方法
 随机选取我院收治的60例高血压患者，将患者随机分为对照组和护理干预组。对照组和护理干预组患者在入院时以及一月后采用生活质量评定量表进行生活质量评分。对两组患者入院时及2周后血压进行测量。比较两组患者生活质量及两组血压。
结果
 护理干预组患者生活质量各项评分及总分高于对照组，舒张压和收缩压均低于入院时。
结论
 有针对性的护理干预对高血压患者生活质量起到一定得的改善作用，对患者的血压控制起到积极作用。通过生活质量的测定评价高血压患者的护理和治疗效果是可行的。

 Title: The clinical observation of the effect of nursing on blood pressure in hypertension patients
ABSTRACT
Objectives:
 To observe and compare the efficacy of quality of life and blood pressure control in hypertension patients, and observe the effect of nursing care on hypertension patients.
Methods: 
 60 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 30 cases of the experimental group and 30 cases of control group．The experimental group was used nursing care，and the control group was used conventional care．Before and one month after nursing intervention quality of life scoring was evaluated by application of WHOQOL-100 Scale．Before and two weeks after nursing intervention blood pressure was measured to evaluate blood pressure control.
Results:
 The decline of blood pressure in experimental group was better than the control group，and the quality of life indicators scored was significantly higher than the control group．
Conclusion:
 The application of nursing intervention is effective in controlling blood pressure and improving the quality of life of hypertension patients and WHOQOL-100 Scale was useful in assessing the efficacy of nursing and therapy of hypertension patients.
