论文题目：血液透析高血压病人的心理护理
摘　要
 目的：
 探讨心理护理对血液透析病人高血压疗效的影响。
 方法：
  将63例血液透析合并高血压的病人随机分为心理干预组30例，对照组33例。对照组病例仅给予维持性血液透析、药物治疗和对症护理，干预组在维持性血液透析、药物治疗和对症护理的基础上给予心理护理。比较两组病人情绪及行为方式的改变和血压控制疗效。
 结果：
 心理护理干预组病人3个月后生活方式明显优于对照组（P<0.05）,血压控制效果显著高于对照组（P <0.01）。
 结论：
 有针对性的心理护理能有效的提高血液透析病人高血压的治疗效果，改善病人生活质量，降低和避免并发症的发生，尤其是心脑血管并发症，缓解了病情发展，提高血液透析的疗效。

 Title: The Influence of Psychotherapy on Hypertension patients
ABSTRACT
 Objective：
 Explore the psychological care for hemodialysis patients of hypertension.
 Methods：
   Hospital to collect a total of 63 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group; hospitalization within 3 month evaluation of two groups of patients with mental health and quality of life level; the control group received routine care, the intervention group on the basis of conventional care for psychological intervention.
 Results：
   Patient group in the total score, positive number of items, After 3 month, intervention group patients （P<0.05）with mental health and quality of life better than the control group（P<0.01）.
 Conclusions：
 psychological intervention will help to improve the mental health of patients with hypertensions, and to help improve their quality of life; hypertensions in patients with clinical care should pay attention to the quality of life, the quality of life as an important indicator of medical evaluation.
