摘  要
 目的 了解白山市中学生饮食行为与单纯性肥胖的相关调查,为预防中学生肥胖提供科学依据。给中学生肥胖症防治提供有力的理论依据,提高肥胖中学生的心理健康水平,使其个性稳定发展.。方法 选取白山市某中学初一至初三的学生共275名。采用自行设计的调查问卷,在饮食行为、运动行为和日常生活习惯的基础上进行分析。结果 中学生发胖率较高,初一学生发胖率为17.8 %,初二学生发胖率为26.3%,初三学生发胖率为 20.2%,男、女肥胖率分别为20.7%、21.3%,导致肥胖的主要原因是膳食结构不合理、(肥胖中学生有喜爱甜食、吃零食、暴饮暴食、挑食、不按时进食、经常吃快餐饮食等)、缺乏体育锻炼(不步行上学、不步行回家、不喜欢球类运动、不喜欢跳绳、不喜欢登山等运动)和良好日常生活习惯(每周3天以上叫外卖、晚上9点前睡觉、晚上睡觉9个小时以上、天天睡午觉、每天1小时以上玩电脑、每天1小时以上看电视、业余时间喜欢睡觉、不喜欢和同学出去玩。结论 各级各类学校应将对学生肥胖的防治纳入学校常见病防治的工作内容,采取营养教育、科学膳食、加强锻炼、健康生活方式和科学减肥相结合的综合措施1、给予中学生良好的饮食行为宣教,帮助中学生改掉不良的饮食习惯,应加大健康教育力度,调整膳食结构,开展丰富多彩的文体活动,降低肥胖症发生率和减少肥胖对中学生身心健康的危害。让中学生注重户外活动和改善不良日常生活习惯,有利于中学生肥胖的预防。

Abstract

Objective Baishan City middle school students understand and simple diet of obesity-related investigations, for the prevention of obesity secondary school students to provide a scientific basis. The obesity prevention provides the powerful theory basis to the middle-school student, raises the obese middle-school student''''s psychologically healthy level, causes its individuality steady progression. .Methods Select the first day of Baishan City, a middle school three days a total of 275 students. Used to design the questionnaire, in diet, exercise behavior and habits of daily life on the basis of the analysis. Results Middle-school student putting on weight rate is high, first day student putting on weight rate is 17.8%, second day student putting on weight rate is 26.3%, third day student putting on weight rate is 20.2%, male, female obese rate respectively is 20.7%, 21.3%, before causing the obese primary cause is the meals structure unreasonable, (obese middle-school student has affection sweets, to eat between-meal snack, to overeat and overdrink, to select food, (goes to school, does not walk goes home, not to like ballgame, not to like skipping rope, not liking mountaineering movements and so on to eat food, to eat fast-food diet and so on, the deficient physical training not on time not to walk) frequently) and the good daily life custom (above each week 3 days calls to go, 9:00 pm, to sleep, the eveningSleeps above for 9 hours, to take an afternoon nap, above the daily 1 hour to play computer, above daily the daily 1 hour to look that the television, the spare time like sleeping, not liking with schoolmate exiting to play. Conclusion To give students good eating behavior and Education, secondary school students to help change the bad eating habits, Should increase the health education dynamics, the adjustment meals structure, carries out the richly colorful recreational activity, cuts the obesity formation rate and the reduction obese to the middle-school student physical and moral integrity harm. so that secondary school students focus on outdoor activities and daily life habits, obesity is conducive to the prevention of secondary school students.
