摘要:论电子公司的发展战略,本文是对大连扬奇电子有限公司发展战略的一次试探性研究,在对深入实际调查得到的大量资料进行分析和整理的基础上,采用理论联系实际的方法,综合运用战略管理的相关理论,提出大连扬奇电子有限公司的发展战略,以及为保证战略顺利实现所采取的一系列措施。
本文首先介绍公司的内外部情况的介绍,并进行了优势、劣势分析,通过SWOT分析确立战略组合,经过SWOT矩阵的综合分析,明确扬奇电子的发展战略的战略选择。并提出对现有资源进行整合,通过对厂商配合策略、渠道策略、市场营销策略、人力资源策略、财务运营策略的调整,确立了公司的发展战略实施方案。同时为了能在激烈的市场竞争中保证公司发展战略的有效实施,制定了响应的相关保障和措施,必须进行组织结构的调整、企业文化调整、连锁布局调整、强化ERP管理、完善激励机制和优化培训体系,控制战略风险,保障战略顺利实施。
本文将多元化发展和竞争战略理论运用于企业的战略实践论述中,通过对IT连锁经营企业的现状和未来发展分析,得出了适应这一类型企业的发展战略,希望这些战略对扬奇电子的战略转移和战略规划具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract :This article is a tentative research about the development strategy of Dalian CHINSYS Electron Co., Ltd. It is based of a lot of date to be analyzed. Adopt the way that the theory be contacted with the fact, the author uses theory of strategy management synthetically, brings forward the development strategic of Dalian CHINSYS Electron Co., Ltd. And the author adopt a series of measure in order to achieve the strategy successfully.
This article introduces the environment and internal environment of the company, the author analyze the advantage and weaknesses through a strategic SWOT analysis, after a SWOT analysis of the matrix, CHINSYS confirm the combination of strategy, CHINSYS confirm the choice of development strategy. And integrate existing resources, and through company regulate channel strategy, marketing strategy, human resources strategy, financial strategy, the company implement development strategy. At the same time, in order to ensure effective implementation of the development strategy the author institutes safeguard and safety measure, so we must regulate organization structure, corporate culture, chain layout, enhance ERP, perfect mechanism of motivation and optimize training system to guarantee strategy successfully.
