摘要 本文主要综述了90年以来有关肝血窦内皮细胞（HSEC）研究的新进展，包括HSEC的分离培养，细胞窗孔及其有关调节因素，第Ⅷ因子相关抗原的表达变化与肝纤维化的关系，分泌一氧化氮（NO）和内皮素（ET）及其对肝微循环调节和病理生理意义，细胞表面多种受体和粘附分子的表达与功能作用及其与肿瘤转移的相关性等。

肝血窦内皮细胞（Hepatic Sinusoidal Endothelial cell,HSCE）是肝非实质细胞中数量最大的一种细胞，约占肝非实质细胞总数的50%。它的形成结构和功能特性与一般血管内皮细胞均有很大差异。一般血管内皮细胞的研究较早也较广泛而深入，HSEC的研究则起步较晚，近年随着HSEC分离培养方法的不断完善，对HSEC的研究也逐渐增多和深入，发现HSEC在肝功能活动中发挥重要作用，本文就HSEC的近年研究进展作一综述。
